SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Please be assured that we will ship out your Axios CBD products 3-5 days after purchase unless other arrangements or delivery dates have been specified.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Please contact Axios Nutrition with any concerns immediately upon receiving your Axios CBD product at support@axiosnutrition.com. Customers have 14 days from receipt to initiate returns. The product must be unopened and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. Once your return is received, allow 48-72 hours for your refund to be processed.
If you received damaged products due to shipping, customers must notify us within 48 hours of shipment delivery to qualify for an exchange of the exact product ordered. Once the damaged product has been received a replacement product will be shipped out to you free of charge.
