Quick update on how the 90 Day Holiday Shred is going for me! I feel extremely proud of myself for consistently tracking and making the gym a priority in my crazy life. I still have A LOT to tighten up on, but that won’t derail my motivation. This journey takes TIME! Just because our mind is ready to lose weight (or gain muscle or speed or mobility) doesn’t mean our body is ready. In a world FULL of instant gratification it is difficult to have correct perspective in regards to our fitness goals. Being healthy, losing weight, and/or gaining strength takes weeks, months, years of consistency. This was only ONE week! With that in mind, let’s kill it this coming week and stay focused!!
