The holidays and travel go hand-in-hand. Since it is Thanksgiving week I figured I should share with you some travel hacks that I LIVE by.
Hydration, hydration, HYDRATION! As we start our road trips and dreadful airport excursions we must remember to stay hydrated. I personally take my 40oz. Hydroflask EVERYWHERE.
When we travel, the nutrient we lack the most is PROTEIN. I make sure to have protein rich snacks like, protein bars, pre-measured scoops of protein powder and beef/turkey jerky in my travel bag!
