My motivation game has been SOO off since I injured my back in April. With that and everything else going on I was getting so overwhelmed and down on myself for not tracking or taking a day off here and there. I wanted to let you guys know that I have adjusted my goals to help me with CONSISTENCY versus PERFECTION. I will be focusing on eating healthy and making sure I am consistently going to the gym. That means workouts will be posted, but not my food. As I gain momentum and motivation I may alter these again when I am ready to start tracking, but for now, this will do just fine!
