Apple Slices with Nut Butter
-I like to mix powdered nut butter with regular to add volume, but not add fat!
Any Reduced Calorie Popcorn

Waffle with Banana and Cinnamon
-I LOVE Van’s Power Grains waffles!
Strawberries with Dark Chocolate
-Weigh your strawberries and have a square or two of dark chocolate. I’m obsessed with Lindt Dark Chocolate with A Touch of Sea Salt!
Yogurt with Raspberries and Granola
-I will take 0% Fage yogurt and add raspberries with a half serving of Kashi Organic Cinnamon Harvest and turn it into a yummy treat!
