Many of you may be away staying with family still so I thought it would be nice to write out some at home/hotel workouts that you can do wherever and whenever (*Shakira voice*) you are away from your gym.
Deck of Cards Workout:
Grab a deck of cards and assign a movement to each suit.
Hearts = Burpees
Diamonds = Push-Ups
Clubs = Air Squats
Spades = Sit-Ups
The face of the card with dictate the number of reps you will perform.
Aces = 11 Reps
King, Queen, Jack & 10 = 10 Reps
9-2 = 9-2 Reps
