Thanksgiving has arrived! I hope you all checked out my video post to get my 5 tips to stay on track on the most INDULGENT day of the year! I trust that you got your sweat on in the gym by now and you have a food game plan in place…now its time to execute! I definitely do NOT want you all to obsess about what you eat, but I DO want you to listen to your body. Go for your proteins first, share your desserts and STOP eating when you are full! Thanksgiving leftovers are my absolute FAVORITE! So save some for tomorrow!
