The day everyone is SUPER motivated and willing to do what it takes… so they think. It is so easy to make changes in the short term, but to make something a habit, you need to set REALISTIC goals. Yes, I will be tracking my macronutrients and working out 5 – 6 days a week, but if you are someone who has never done this before OR has not been very active in their life, it is unrealistic of you to start doing those things right off the bat. Instead, start by setting small goals like drinking 8 glasses of water, going for a walk or cooking your food at home. Once you become more comfortable with these things we can set different goals to work towards.
With all of this in mind, my goal will be to track my macronutrients everyday this week and hit the gym at least 4 times.
